Once a booking payment, deposit, or full payment has been made and the booking has been confirmed, all payments are strictly non-refundable, including cancellations initiated by the customer.
If a charter cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions, marine restrictions, or other circumstances affecting safe operation, Yacht Today Thailand or the yacht operator may offer rescheduling to an alternative available date, subject to availability and the applicable booking conditions.
No cash or payment refund will be provided for customer cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, changes of plans, or unused charter time or services.
Any exceptional case will be considered at the sole discretion of Yacht Today Thailand and/or the relevant yacht operator.
