Full Payment Required
100% payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by Yacht Today Thailand.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
Online Payment
Payments may be completed securely through the payment methods available during checkout.
Prices
Customers must review the complete booking summary before payment.
The checkout page will display the applicable charter price, selected add-ons, VAT and other applicable charges.
Certain local, marina, national park, landing or destination fees may be payable separately and may not be included in the online booking total. These fees will be clearly disclosed where applicable.
Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, the customer will receive a booking confirmation electronically.
Failed or Incomplete Payments
If payment is unsuccessful, incomplete or not completed within the permitted payment period, the booking may remain unconfirmed and the yacht may be released for other bookings.
Non-Refundable
All bookings and payments are non-refundable once payment has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
