Accident insurance may be provided for eligible passengers participating in eligible yacht charters and activities, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy.
Passenger Information
Customers may be required to provide accurate passenger information and/or a copy of a passport or identification document before departure for insurance registration.
Failure to provide required information within the requested timeframe may affect insurance eligibility.
Coverage
Insurance coverage, compensation limits, eligible activities and exclusions are determined by the applicable insurance provider and policy.
Yacht Today Thailand does not guarantee coverage for circumstances excluded by the insurer.
Safety Requirements
Guests must comply with safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
Insurance may not cover incidents resulting from prohibited activities, illegal behaviour, intentional misconduct or circumstances excluded under the applicable insurance policy.
Emergency Situations
In the event of an accident or emergency, guests should immediately inform the captain or crew so that appropriate assistance and documentation can be arranged.
Important Notice
Accident insurance is not a substitute for personal travel insurance.
International visitors are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate personal travel and medical insurance for the duration of their trip.
