All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward the captain, crew, vessel, other guests and the marine environment.
Captain's Authority
For safety reasons, the captain has final authority regarding navigation, anchoring, swimming, water activities, route changes and onboard safety.
Guests must follow all reasonable safety instructions given by the captain or crew.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited onboard:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Illegal activities
- Gambling where prohibited by law
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Behaviour that threatens the safety of guests, crew or the vessel
- Deliberate damage to the yacht or equipment
Safety
Guests must use safety equipment when instructed and must not enter restricted areas of the vessel without permission.
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Damage
Guests may be held responsible for damage caused by intentional acts, negligence or misuse of the vessel, equipment or facilities.
The captain may terminate or modify a charter if guest behaviour creates a serious safety risk or violates applicable laws.
