Non-Refundable Booking
All confirmed bookings and payments are non-refundable once payment has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customer Cancellation
If a customer chooses to cancel a confirmed booking, payments already made will not normally be refunded.
Rescheduling Requests
Requests to change the charter date or time must be submitted as early as possible.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to:
- Yacht availability
- Crew availability
- Schedule availability
- Operational conditions
- Any price difference or additional charges
A rescheduling request is not confirmed until Yacht Today Thailand provides written confirmation.
Changes requested close to the charter date may not be possible.
Operator Changes
If Yacht Today Thailand or the yacht operator must change the schedule for operational or safety reasons, we will contact the customer and provide the available options according to the circumstances.
Weather-related changes are governed by the Weather Policy.
