Booking Requests
All yacht charter bookings made through Yacht Today Thailand are subject to availability and confirmation.
Submitting a "Request to Book" does not constitute a confirmed booking.
After receiving a booking request, our team will check yacht availability, schedule, charter details and any additional services requested.
Booking Approval
If the requested yacht and schedule are available, the booking request will be approved and the customer will receive instructions to proceed to checkout and payment.
An approved booking is not considered fully confirmed until the required payment has been successfully completed.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
- The booking request has been approved.
- Full payment has been successfully received.
- The customer has received an official booking confirmation from Yacht Today Thailand.
Customers should review all booking details carefully before completing payment, including:
- Yacht
- Charter date
- Departure time
- Charter duration
- Number of guests
- Selected destinations/routes
- Add-ons
- Additional fees
- Special requests
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and passenger information.
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect booking confirmation, insurance eligibility or service arrangements.
Special Requests
Special requests should be submitted before payment whenever possible.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Yacht Today Thailand.
